Final M Line 2nd®[Patented]
High modulus rope exclusively for hawsers which draws strength of IZANAS® to the utmost using a tension set system, the first manufacturing process in Japan which Naroc has had approved by the Japan Patent Office as a process patent, made from ultra high molecular weight polyethylene IZANAS®. (Comply with OCIMF guidelines.) Compared to wire ropes with a similar strength, Final M Line 2nd is much lighter and exhibits the same strength and elasticity as wire ropes. Ultra light with good operability, does not use grease and thus does not contaminate the sea or tarnish vessels.
Final M Line Southern Cross®[Patented] High modulus rope exclusively for hawsers which sufficiently draws strength of IZANAS® using a tension set system, the first manufacturing process in Japan which Naroc has had approved by the Japan Patent Office as a process patent, made from ultra high molecular weight polyethylene IZANAS®. (Comply with OCIMF guidelines.) High performance fiber rope which continues to follow traditional rope structure (2 x 6), and has a new optional jacket mechanism to increase durability, known as strand jacket.
Final T Line®[Patented] Rope exclusively for tugboats made from ultra high molecular weight polyethylene IZANAS® created by Naroc using an entirely new special yarn system. Resolves shortcoming of IZANAS®, namely hardening when used, and offers high durability by reducing stretch and lightening friction. Further, due to its high strength, Final T Line is better able to respond to thin radiuses than traditional PP high tenacity yarn rope, and is easier to handle.
Final C Line
Rope manufactured in combination with other materials using organic fiber (super fiber) such as Kevlar, IZANAS®, Vectran, etc. which is stronger than hard steel wire. Our range consists of 5 types of rope structure models which can respond to various purposes both on land and at sea.
Bell Mix®
Compound rope for vessels made from high strength polypropylene yarn and polyester yarn in order to curtail elongation and increase strength. Bell Mix does not sink in water, does not weaken even when submerged in water and does not harden after use. Customers can choose from four types of rope structure models: three strands, Cross, Southern Cross or Southern Braid.
Unilon®
Rope manufactured by Naroc using our unique technology made from Unilon, a nylon yarn especially for hawsers which we were the first in the world to develop. Unilon is 30% stronger than traditional nylon rope, does not harden with age and offers superior workability. Further, unilon demonstrates superior weather resistance even under harsh conditions such as direct sunlight, wind and rain, or cold climates.
New Strong®
Rope made from polyethylene yarn. Tensile strength by far surpasses NK standards for second class polyethylene rope and abrasion resistance is also significantly improved. Moderate stretch and softness which focus on user friendliness improves workability.
Bell Line®
Rope made from polypropylene yarn. Tensile strength by far surpasses NK standards for second class polypropylene ropes (30% higher than our conventional product), exceptional energy absorbency powers upon impact, and exhibits excellent durability.
Kuroshio®III Rope made from polypropylene yarn developed using Naroc’s technology as a manufacturer of hawsers for vessels. Offers excellent weather resistance and abrasion resistance as a hawser for vessels.
